Hello everyone! I know it has been a hot minute since I've done much here and I apologize for dropping off the face of the earth! I had a lot of things happening in my life that set me on a path away from deviantart however now that things have calmed down and I have found some comfort in my life I am back! That being said I am taking a step back in to this world but jumping face first. Many of you may have heard that I am taking over kintaurs from Geotalon! They will still be around as a member of the community but since life has been hectic they have offered me an opportunity to step in and revive the species. That being said there are A LOT of changes that will be happening so please be patient as we work to put these in to effect! I want to keep people in the loop and aware of the changes being made so here are some of the planned changes! Kintaurs will be moving away from the cashcow that it was and will be moving in a more ARPG-esk direction! This meaning more things will be available to the community without the need for spending 100s of dollars! Some traits will still be locked and only available for special adopts or earnable through special events to prevent over saturation of said traits and to maintain the rarity of those traits. Other traits, likely VR and lower will be able to be purchased using earnable group currency. The group currency will be earnable through doing art or writings of your characters or other peoples characters, participating in events, or trading with other players! Gift art will receive an added bonus to encourage the spirit of gifting however it will be up to the users to ensure the person they are gifting is OK with gift art. Revamp rules and options will be looked over and changed. As it stands the current revamp rules are in effect until the new ones are settled. This WILL be changing. Revamps will be more open for the community but will remain with in the bounds to prevent people from turning revamps in to MYOs.

The coliseum will be making a return! There will still be tiers that are unlockable via EXP earned through art or writing of your kins! the higher tiers of the coliseum will be rotating with changing pools of possible prizes based on the season. Kynvern will remain an earnable in the Highest tier of the coliseum! The final boss in the coliseum will rotate between kynverns! This means that players that have earned a kynvern can choose to opt to have their kynvern added to the pool to possibly be pulled as a boss! As the number of available kynverns increases, the previous boss will not be in the pool for at minimum 2 iterations as to prevent the same kin getting drawn twice back to back. This will give everyone a chance! All previous Deities have been stripped of their roles! New deities and NPCs are in the works. I want to stress that NONE of the NPCs or deities are owned by anyone on staff and will be "owned" by the species as a whole. This is to prevent conflict of interest with the deities. Many of the new deities are donated by myself and my wonderful staff. Yes they will be getting trait buffs but again none of these are owned by us anymore they will be under "kintaurspirit" ownership. The website is back in the works and will hopefully be up and running soon! As of right now the biggest obstacle we are facing is getting the lorekeeper back up and running! once it is up we can finish out what was left of the ML and work on getting the shop running. Down the line I plan to have an extension that will automatically tally and track Kins EXP and earned group currency. However, this may take a while to implement as first we need the site working. These are just some of the changes being made but are the more pertinent aspects being changed! I cannot wait to get the ball rolling and hopefully see the species come back to life!
